Knox dispatch called at 9 pm regarding a call from John Gross concerned about flooding. The East dam was checked again and was at 2 inches above the spillway. No flooding was evident. The dam gate was opened slightly more to 12" due to the unpredictable weather.” in the CrowdWater App on 16.07.2023
