Sulphur-crested Cockatoo spotted by Bigdog: “Over the course of a day I five Sulphurs remove a ringtail possum with two young on her back from of their tree. They surrounded, screeched and pecked at her when they could. She eventually managed to jump to a near by tree but they continued the assault. One of the young fell from her back into nearby bushes. Next morning she had returned to ‘their tree’ during the night and once again they were evicting her. By days end I found both babies dead on ground with peck marks. This happen a year ago. I have observed this particular family for nearly 30 years snd have seen them remove various species .” in the Big City Birds App on 20.11.2019
