Sulphur-crested Cockatoo spotted by Richard Whyte: “Seven Sulphur-crested Cockatoos digging in the soil to perhaps obtain some grit or some type of mineral. This digging behaviour has not been observed in bare soil before in Allambee Park, Valentine. Other digging has been in grassed areas of the Park and assumed the Cockatoos were eating grass roots in those places.” in the Big City Birds App on 16.02.2024
