Coastsnap Station spotted by jeadamsuk: “More erosion midway along the dune top. We currently have a positive surge with our tide, which is approx. 0.5M in the NE of Scotland and given the flat beach profile, we are seeing normal tides reach the base of the dunes resulting in shearing at the dune base and overhang loss at the top. There is significant shearing about 1.5km north of the CoastSnap post, which cause dune top loss around our 6th tee/fairway.” in the CoastSnap App on 11.11.2022
